Bora Sunseri (Diligent Recruitment Data Advisor) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who served the State of Louisiana for 33 years. She served at the Department of Children & Families in various front-line/field and administrative roles (including all Child Welfare programs, Child Support, training, and technology modernization projects). She also served as a clinical social worker at the Department of Corrections, with the US Airforce, and in private practice. Bora is certified in Adoption & Foster Care Specialization (via Hunter College) and her experiences in Child Welfare diligent recruitment data management include Child & Family Service Reviews, Continuous Quality Improvement, Program Improvement Planning, and managing adoption program field staff as well as those involved in recruitment, training, certification, and retention of foster/adoptive parents. Bora is a proud alum of American University and Louisiana State University.
