Carole Bach (Office Coordinator) is a self-motivated, energetic Professional Project Manager who owned and operated her business as a Private Contractor for the New York Power Authority for over 10 years. Utilizing her skills to recommend and implement energy efficiency initiatives in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, her work recouped hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings. These savings were then parlayed into funding new energy initiatives, pilot programs to provide low-income families financial assistance for paying electric bills and also funded the installation of safer lighting practices in parks, tunnels, subways, bus stations and train depots. Caroles career is marked by meaningful strategies that used technology for the betterment of families, strengthening community and property values for sustainability, funding playgrounds, and innovative solutions to for operational goal achievements. Caroles mission has always been to show compassion, leadership, respect, commitment and a genuine love of working with the public in order positively impact those around her. This became more evident when she embarked on a 10-year journey being a devoted caretaker for a parent with Alzheimer's. This difficult time vastly improved her anticipation of needs, focused planning and persistence, steadfast patience, goal management and especially the importance of being adaptive. Carole will use all of these skills and qualities to best serve NAA , its members and programs in her role as the Office Coordinator providing support for successful campaigns and outreaches.
