He has served in roles as Family Support Services Coordinator, Latinx Services Coordinator and liaison of Faith-Based Initiatives. In addition to his work with MARE, Ricardo is an ordained minister with a doctoral degree in religion and brings a wealth of knowledge about multicultural community engagement and the intersectionality of faith and social issues. Ricardo directs all family support services and programs of the agency.
