The NAA National 2026 Conference will be held on April 27-28, 2026 in Boston, MA. 

We are eager and excited to bring the adoption and permanency community together again to “Advocate for Permanence and Advance Effective Strategies for the Future” which happens to also be our conference theme! 

There are many effective strategies to support permanence and increase family connections for the children, youth, and families we serve. Mark your calendar for April 27 - 28, 2026 to attend as a participant and/or a presenter of a best practice. 

 

Call for Workshops...

To submit an effective strategy for consideration, please complete the submission form. Our peer review panel is seeking effective strategies around the following themes: 

  • Effective Permanency Practices with Kin
  • Effective Permanency Practices for partnering with Youth with Complex Needs
  • Effective Post-Permanency Practices for Birth, Foster and Adoptive Families and Adoptees
  • Emerging Leaders Best Practices
